CEDC’s goal is to meet the high demand for safe, decent and affordable homes for families and the senior community. Our Property and Asset Management Division supports this effort by professionally managing our rental housing communities while offering quality living at its best. In total, our Property and Asset Management Division manages more than 1,300 affordable rental homes across 17 properties (as of May 2010).

We take pride in managing and maintaining our communities to the highest standards. Our management team works closely with our residents, creating a strong sense of community and goodwill by promoting community building activities and programs. Sponsored programs held in our fully equipped learning centers and community rooms include educational, empowerment and social activities for residents of all ages.

Our Property and Asset Management Division professionally manages affordable individual, family and senior housing communities, maintains the physical aspects and marketability of our communities through high-quality maintenance practices, and offers community building services and programs.

The growing need for affordable homes is demonstrated by the low vacancy rate maintained in all our communities. Affordable homes create opportunities for people to build assets, achieve goals and realize dreams that otherwise would often seem out of reach. In particular, our affordable senior housing offers hope, security and independent living for our senior community.
